Privacy policy
This policy covers billiardflow.com, our sales website, and how we handle the details you send us when you register your interest. It is a starting draft: the parts in brackets need filling in before the site goes live.
Who we are
This website is run by BilliardFlow. Contact us at sales@billiardflow.com.
What we collect on this website
If you register your interest or email us, we receive your name, venue or company name, email address, and anything else you choose to tell us, such as a phone number, how many venues you have and your message.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you and talk to you about BilliardFlow. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
If you don’t become a customer, we delete your enquiry after [e.g. 12 months]. If you do, your details become part of your account and are covered by our customer terms.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data. We use a small number of suppliers to run our email and hosting: [list suppliers, e.g. email provider, hosting provider]. Payments for subscriptions are handled by Stripe; card details never reach us.
Your venue’s customers
Inside the BilliardFlow app, each company is the controller of its own customers’ data and BilliardFlow acts as its processor. Each company has its own separate database. Head office users can find, export and redact a person’s data from Admin → Data requests.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing sales@billiardflow.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
